Many tribes was formed in Africa the Zulu, Asante, Fanlani and the most graceful of them all the Watusee! The march on Washington was important because we had to fight for freedom! We asked for jobs not welfare or handouts! We asked for our fare share of the American dream! This was reported on television a few months after he died! This is very refreshing in this mordern day and age that there are still kingdoms in mordern day Africa!

The importantance of traceing one's roots

The importantance of traceing one's roots is needed because it shows your children,grandchildren and greatgrandchildren where their ancestors came from. It's sad that many africanamercians don't know what part of africa their ancestors came from. All they know is that they came from some part of the United States. I plan to trace my root soon and to fine out I plan to take a simple DNA test. All I have to do is to take some cotton and rub the inside of my cheek. Before this it would take months and years to find out what part of Africa my ancestors came from. This would leave a wonderful legacy!
