The Kingdoms of West Africa
Mr. Eco taught us that there were kingdoms of Ghana, Mali, Songhay and Benin. Ghana was called the city of gold. Mali was famous for the reign of King Mansa Musa. Benin was famous for her kingly wealth. To read more about these kingdoms look in the book Africa,s Glorious Legacy.

I remember hearing about Mr Eco years ago. He was one of the most popular teachers at Howolton. You and Annette mentioned him often. I wonder what he's doing now.
